GETTING FREE QUOTES
How do I get free groupage quotes?
Search groupages
Click on the “get quote” button on the headbar. Then search the route of interest to you.
Request a quote
Give us details on the shipment and we’ll revert with one or more groupage quotes.
Book the space
Propose groupage among other options to your client and see your booking ratios grow !
SERVICE OPTIONS
What are your service options?
Packing services : no
At this time, easygroupage does not provide any packing services. We only accept ready-to go shipments.
Pick-up services : yes
We can collect loads from your warehouse or you can deliver at one of our hubs. Up to you.
Destination services : yes
Both “depot hand-out” or full destination services are available. We can quote both if you like.
BOOKINGS
How do I confirm a quote and book?
Confirm
To book your groupage space, simply send us a confirmation email with easygroupage’s quote reference.
Pay
After confirming the groupage, you have 3 business days to pay the full amount into our account.
Ship
Collection of the load or drop off at our hub is planned as soon as payment is made.
ACCEPTED CONSIGNMENTS
What consignments do you accept?
Used HHGDS
Used goods and personal effects are the primary commodity we ship in our groupages.
Motor vehicles
Depending on the destination and status of your client, vehicles may be allowed in our groupages.
Commercial goods
Depending on the destination, commercial/new goods may be allowed in our groupages. Duties and taxes will apply though.
CONSIGNMENT PACKING
How do I prepare my shipment for export?
Loose shipments
Some of our groupages accept loose shipments, allowing you to save on crating.
Palettized shipments
Palettized shipments are accepted. Goods must be well stacked and the the pallet shrink-wrapped.
Liftvans
Liftvan packed shipments are safer but can affect the price. Make sure the ISPM15 markings are clearly visible.

How is customs clearance handled?
Documents needed
You receive a checklist of documents needed along with our quotes.
Collection of docs
Collect documents from your customer and provide them to easygroupage as soon as available.
Customs clearance
Customs clearance is handled by easygroupage at origin and at destination !
DESTINATION AGENT
Can I use my own destination agent/branch?

The name of the agent that is used on our groupages is mentioned on our quotes.

Customs clearance is always handled by easygroupage, at origin and destination.
Delivery service
We can handout your shipment or deliver to your own agent / branch if required.
